Service Description
Studies have shown that resistance training and balance training are intrinsically linked to counteracting normal age related decline. Resistance training counteracts natural decline in bone density, whilst balance training promotes increased joint strength and stability. Age related physical decline begins in our 50s but with these interventions can be counteracted to contribute to ongoing greatly improved quality of life. This class uses a range of weights and resistance bands to work key body parts and muscle groups.
