Service Description
Pilates will increase your muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body). It will enhance muscular control of your back and limbs and improve stabilisation of your spine. Please bring your own exercise or Yoga mat and water bottle. Equipment Provided by us includes: Weights Long bands Small ring bands Blocks Mini Pilates balls Mini weighted balls Pilates rings Pilates straps
